3Audience guidance
Know who's coming.
Who are they? Real answer: anyone curious about AI who isn't already a builder. That's who Spark Night is designed for. If your room is 80% engineers, this format works but feels light. If your room is 80% marketers / students / founders, you're in the sweet spot.

Credit allocation. Give each attendee 5,000 credits — enough for a full night of building without anyone hitting a wall. Coordinate distribution with the Genius team before your event; you'll get a code to share on slide 3.

7Host mindset
Six things to internalize.
What I'd want a first-time host to know before running one:
You are not the smartest person in the room — and you don't need to be.
You're the host of a party where the entertainment is Genspark. Your job is warmth, not expertise.
The room reads your energy first, then your content.
If you're relaxed, they're relaxed. If you're panicked because slide 3's Wi-Fi is wrong, everyone tenses up. Fix that beforehand.
Music matters more than you think.
Silence = tension = quiet room. Fade the volume up during build time — it gives shy builders permission to talk to each other.
Walk the room during build time. Never sit behind your laptop.
Every person you sit next to for 90 seconds during build phase will remember your event forever.
The Share phase is sacred.
Cheer for every single demo. Loudly. Even the half-finished ones. Especially the half-finished ones.

If they leave having built one working thing, the night was a win. That's the bar. Nothing higher.
